Zhu Cha (Gunpowder)
A tea processed using traditional techniques from the province of Zhejiang. Outside of China it is also known as Gunpowder. It is characteristically processed into small, tightly rolled balls, which have a sheen that shows the good quality and freshness of this tea. The light green infusion has a mildly smoky flavour and aroma. A tea for everyday drinking, and a suitable accompaniment to Chinese food.
