Seals of Tea Purity
In addition to the official USDA logo and Certified Organic Logo, Dobra Tea US created our own system of clarification of tea purity in the form of our own seals. These seals help customers to understand how tea was grown, manufactured, and finally controlled before reaching their cups.
Dobra US LLC is certified organic producer approved by Vermont Organic Farmers.
Dobra US LLC is approved to use USDA logo to certification of organic teas distributed in Dobra Tea Rooms.
Tea with this badge is certified organic. All members of the chain – Farmer, Manufacturer, Blender, Exporter, Importer, Wholesaler – are certified.
Tea with this label passed through a laboratory test and meets EU quality standards.
Tea with this label is grown without using any chemicals naturally but either the farmer or any other member of the chain is not certified.
Tea with this label is harvested from wild trees or bushes that are not pruned, fertilized or treated in any way.
Tea with this label is harvested from semi-wild gardens that were planted in nature with respect to the sustainable environment.

Dobrá Tea ships all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns Policies
If for any reason you are not satisfied, Dobra Tea will gladly refund your purchase of unopened sealed boxes and packages or accessories within 30 days of receipt.
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at the phone number which is marked at the confirmation e-mail. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. We are unable to pay for return shipping charges unless due to damage or company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging.
Dobrá Tea accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.
Dobrá Tea offers gift certificates. Please call to order a gift certificate. This is a perfect alternative to trying to guess someone’s favorite tea.
Expiration
Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time.
We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.
