Tian Mu Long Zhu - Dragon Pearls

(Literally - Pearls of the Dragon from the Tian Mu Mountain) - An extra fine, high quality green tea made from selected fresh tea tips, with a gourmet flavour and the aroma of the mountain breeze, and above all with a unique appearance. This tea is hand processed by the Chinese gatherers into little balls resembling pearls, which open out charmingly in hot water. This is the reason why the tea is served in glasses, allowing the sight to be fully enjoyed. Up to five re-infusions can be made from the same serving of tea.
 Description: Tips of select green tea rolled into balls the size of peas. In hot water they gradually open out and release their softly captivating flavour.
