Kukicha

Stem or �leafstalk� tea, , a rarity in this country. This tea is also usually the basis for the production of H�jicha. Light green leafstalks with an admixture of irregularly shaped leaves. The infusion is a fresh green in colour and has a subtle grassy aroma.
